Ceréa Botanical Hair & Scalp Care

We handcraft every bottle and jar in small batches with care. Please allow us a little extra time to prepare your order with the same intention that goes into making our products.

Processing Time

•  All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

•  During peak times or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there’s any delay.

Shipping Options & Rates (United States)

•  Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground): $6.95

•  Priority Shipping (faster delivery): $9.95

•  Orders over $75 ship free (continental U.S. only)

Tracking is included with every order.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within:

•  3–7 business days for Standard Shipping

•  2–4 business days for Priority Shipping

Please note: These are estimates from the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, holidays, or weather.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally, we are planning to expand in the future!

Care & Packaging

Our products are natural oil-based formulas. We package them carefully to protect them during transit.

•  Please store your serum and balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

•  In extreme summer heat, we recommend choosing Priority Shipping to minimize exposure to high temperatures.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly — replacement or refund as appropriate.

Changes or Cancellations

We can cancel or modify orders only if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
